Destination Tariff - Terms and Conditions

For use of authorized Household Goods Agents only.

Services Included:

  • Custom Clearance for Consolidations & FCL
  • Delivery into residence clear access
  • Unloading
  • Unpacking boxes of fragile items and breakables
  • Unpacking furniture
  • Removal of debris same day, assemble of beds
  • Delivery to ground floor, normal acces

Services Not Included:

  • US THC - $400.00-$600.00 depending on carrier. Cost +$100.00 if not prepaid
  • Unpacking boxes of personal items such as Books, Linens, Cloths, Toys,…
  • Taxes or Duties
  • Bond Fees
  • Demurrage
  • Storage
  • Custom examination
  • Piano or Heavy safes
  • NVOCC/CFS/Airline charges
  • Shuttle service

General Condition Terms & Surcharges:

  • Maximum density: 6.50 LBS, Per C/F.
  • Household Goods: Loose or in Lift Vans.
  • Piano Handling: Grand $550.00 - Baby Grand $450.00 - Upright $150.00.
  • Delivery above ground floor, no elevator: $0.15 per c/f, per flight.
  • Elevator Surcharge: $0.15 per C/F
  • Long Carry Surcharge; Over 75 Ft from truck  to residence entry $0.10 per C/F.
  • FCL - Custom examination 1st - X-Ray examination: FREQUENT, depending on inspection terminal costs vary from $ 300.00 to $ 450.00; 2nd Physical Inspection: RARE, depending on inspection terminal costs vary from $ 800.00 to $ 1,600.00
  • LCL - Custom Examination 1st X-Ray examination: FREQUENT, depending on inspection terminal costs vary from $ 50.00 to $ 350.00; 2nd Physical Inspection: RARE, depending on inspection terminal costs vary from $ 150.00 to $ 500.00
  • C.O.D. - $95.00 FLAT - ONLY U.S. CURRENCY
  • FULL UNPACK - $ 0.50 per C/F Groupage 20' FCL $350 // 40' FCL $600

  • ISF filing ($5.00/HHGDS consignment, $50.00/Non-HHGDS consignment)

Groupage Shipments

  • 20’ Groupage: 800.00 C/F - Minimum volume.
  • 40’ Groupage: 1700.00 C/F - Minimum volume.
  • Warehouse handover: $0.90 per Cubic Feet + $95 Custom Clearance.
  • Automobile Clearance & Handover $595.00

LCL Shipments

  • As per Destination Tariff + Pick Up + Custom Clearance
  • Pick up charges from NVOCC location - $155.00.
  • Import Custom Clearance $95.00.

FCL Storage & Handling

  • Hi-Cube container, add $ 300.00.
  • Automobile Clearance & Handover $675.00
  • 20’ Container via storage handling: $250.00 + $250 Monthly Storage.
  • 40’ Container via storage handling: $500.00 + $400 Monthly Storage.
